  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs between 10–30 minutes will be charged ₱500, deductible from your deposit or payable upon checkout.

  • Only confirmed guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors are welcome during the day but must leave the unit by 5:00 PM. No outside overnight guests are allowed.

  • Yes, pets are welcome, but there is a ₱500 pet fee. Please ensure they do not damage any furniture or linen.

  • Light cooking is allowed using the provided kitchenware, but please clean up after use. Strong-smelling dishes like dried fish (Tuyo), Bagoong, or squid (Pusit) are strictly prohibited indoors.

  • Please maintain cleanliness, no smoking, no parties or loud noise. No jumping on beds, couches, or bean bags. Used towels should not be placed on the floor. Always lock the door when leaving.

  • Hanging anything on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Also, please keep the balcony door closed at all times as it affects the A/C compressor.

  • Yes, the property has a smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide detector installed. Always ensure the unit is locked when you leave. We are not liable for any lost items.

  • Yes, guests must climb stairs to access the unit. Please consider this if you have mobility concerns.

  • Please check your Airbnb reservation for specific cancellation terms. Policies vary depending on your booking dates.
